Author Guideline

For Authors

To submit your paper to ASEMD conference, you must create an account on this website first.

ASEMD attendees can click the "Create new account" link on the left sidebar to create a new account.

Once you have the user name and password, and log on to this website, a “Submit Paper” link will appear on the left to allow you to submit papers. You will also be able to view and update your submitted papers.

For publications in the conference proceedings, the paper must be presented by a registered author at the conference.

Submission of Paper

After registration, authors should submit a two-page paper.
Acceptance notice will be sent to authors.
After receiving the acceptance notice, authors should carefully follow the instructions and template to prepare the final paper.
The conference contributed papers are two pages as standard and limited to three pages in right format with an additional charge for the extra third page. The final papers subject to peer review procedure and will be published by the ASEMD conference proceedings along with the IEEE publication procedure.

ASEMD Poster

All the ASEMD accepted papers are required having matched posters displayed and presented in the conference poster sessions even for those papers have been assigned as oral presentations. ASEMD2020 Poster Sessions are scheduled on 17th and 18th October and detailed times are informed on the ASEMD2020 conference program. As ASEMD2020 becomes an online conference, two-page conference papers therefore can be used as the ASEMD2020 posters. ASEMD2020 author is no longer necessary to prepare a separated poster. In the ASEMD2020 Poster Sessions, the two-page conference papers are displayed as posters, authors are required to display and present their posters during the sessions and to avoid “no show”. The “no show” submissions are not eligible for the final inclusion in the ASEMD2020 conference proceedings. ASEMD2020 poster related inquiry can be sent to
